The updated V2 of this highly successful nappy has now been superceeded by the 2012 prints so we now have these to clear.
A superbly engineered nappy from top Scottish manfacturer Tots Bots. Made of top quality fabrics, and tested to the hilt, you can be assured of an excellent and long lasting product.
Tots Bots have addressed some of the issues with the earlier version of this nappy, including replacing the PUL backed outer with a new softer and stretchier fabric to give more flexibility and a better fit (as well as being less 'crunchy', and softer on the legs). The outer PUL is of a higher specification than previously, and has a superior water resistant finish, and is available in white and a wide choice of fun prints.
The two versions previously produced (bamboo and fluffle) are now combined in one great product as the pull-out bamboo core (click picture to see detail) now has a micro-fibre terry backing, giving 50% more volume capacity than bamboo, and thus no longer needing the additional booster that was present in the V1, which was fiddly to insert and added bulk, so this change gives a much slimmer nappy overall.
The anti-wicking fabric inside the nappy, surrounding the core has been improved to give better containment and less leaks at the sides of the nappy, while the core itself is now of the new super soft stretchy bamboo (as used in the Bamboozle Stretch) with the same good absorption rate as before but the shorter pile is better for ease of removal of poo.
The Easyfit V2 is a one size nappy designed to fit from approximately 10-35lb (4.5-16kg), and adjusts by means of poppers for folding down the front. However as with all one size nappies there will be a compromise on fit vs bulk for a younger baby/newborn, in which case parents may choose to start with the less bulky Teenyfit designed to fit from approximately 5-12lbs (2.25-5.5kg)
