Available in sizes Newborn 6-13lb (2.2-6kg), Small 11-17lb (5-8kg), Medium 15-22lb (7-10kg), Large 20-26lb, XLarge 24-31lb (11-14kg) . As the Velcro loop panel on the front of the wrap is very large and deep, this does allow considerable adjustment, and, depending on baby's shape and wideness of leg, these wraps can usually fit a pound or two either side of the recommended weights.
