Same basic winning design as the flannelette Imse Diaper, with a fold out flap for extra absorbency, this luxurious terry fabric is 100% cotton, and produced organically. A lovely fit, this nappy successfully copes with heavier wetters where the original Imse Diaper needed boosting. One sized, can be folded down at the back to fit.
